Description

[OS] Sonoma 14.1.2 on M1 Macbook Air [Application] Thunderbird 102.15.1 64bit [Theme] None [Extensions] MHC and "Expression Search - NG" (3.8.11)

When both MHC and "Expression Search - NG" are enabled, "Expression Search - NG" is unable to modify the tool bar (the one with the the "Show only ..." options) above the message window to add in the Expression Search text box. Disabling MHC allow "Expression Search - NG" to modify that toolbar and function properly.

In case it's helpful, I run both MHC and "Expression Search - NG" on my desktop Windows 11 PC using the same version of Thunderbird and in Windows OS, both add-ons function correctly.

I'm encountering this same issue sporadically on Windows too. I'm not sure what is causing this problem. So I'm closing out this bug report that I made.
