Description

In message tab all selected tags vanish from the tag bar in the message head. (As far as I remember this issue has been solved before but is back.)

Sometimes, when opening a message the whole tag toolbar is missing.

It is true that this issue has reappeared. But now it's much worse - cache refresh doesn't help! The tags only show up sometimes when I select them from the drop down menu, but only selected tags are visible. In the compose window, tags work fine.
