Ignore case when matching recipient address

Description
Check and Send does not find a recipient address in the address book if the address merely has different capitalization from the address in the address book. For instance, the recipient address SMEVER@huntley.edu won't be found in an address book containing smever@huntley.edu. CAS should use a case insensitive search to find the match and substitute the address book's capitalization (or perhaps better, always use lowercase).
