Windows 7 Thunderbird 6.01

As stated in the summary, on some contacts for no apparent reason the display name do not match the first and last name of the record. The name is pulled from another name in the database. Every attempt to correct the display name fails and it returns to its original incorrect value.

Example: Bob Bonner has the display name of James Calahan

Can you confirm the source of the contact? You can see the source by following steps:

1. open the card
2. select Google Contacts Details tab
3. click View Source button
