Description

When trying to change character encoding via Menu Bar - View - Character Encoding on message view window, an error dialog appears and encoding cannot be changed:

[JavaScript Application] ReferenceError: BrowserSetForcedCharacterSet is not defined

Disabling Priority Switcher and Thunderbird restart solves this problem.

Please fix this soon as I really like priority switcher but I need to manually adjust the encoding to read a message properly couple of times a month.

Just as an update this issue remains with the latest version of Thunderbird 31.4.0
