Priority not brought over from template email

Description

bug as stated in summary. simple to reproduce:

1) create new email

2) change priority from default (to high, for example)

3) save email as template

4) close email and/or tbird

5) open tbird, go to template email folder, open email template you just created/saved that has high priority previously set

6) notice "Priority:" drop down menu is set to default "Normal", not High as you specified when you saved it as a template

7) go to Options->Priority menu and there you will see that it's set correctly.

all that need to be fixed is to have the dropdown menu reflect the correct Priority level from the template email that can be seen via the Options->Priority menu

Not reproduced. TB52 and PS0.7 work correctly.
