[Extensions] Enigmail 1.3.4 Check and Send 0.9.24

[Bug report]

With Enigmail 1.3.4 and Check and Send 0.9.24 as the only two Extensions enabled, Check and Send appears to remove the pen and key icon in the lower right hand corner of the new message window.

Unable to reproduce. How do I show the pen and key icons? I installed Enigmail but I they didn't appear.

Need to generate a key. Steps to reproduce:

1. Install Windows 7 64 bit and all updates in VMware 8.x 2. Install Thunderbird 9.0.1 3. Configure Thunderbird with gmail account 4. Install GnuPG 1.4.9 5. Install Enigmail 1.3.4 via TB addon manager -> restart TB 6. Click OpenPGP -> Setup Wizard

- Ensure you create a pgp key via the wizard.

7. Create a new mail message to ensure pen and key icons are in lower right hand corner of the window. 8. Install CAS 0.9.24 -> restart TB 9. Create a new mail message. Pen and key icons are missing.

I've released v0.9.25. I hope this fixes the issue.
