Since TB 102.3.1 when I open a new message, all the tags are displayed on the header part of new messages masking all of the fields from "to:" to "subject:" making it impossible to send a new message. I've disabled TTB and the new messages came back to normal.

It is newly added to assign tags to sent messages. Deactivate the "Show tags list in the message composition window" option if you don't need it.
