[TTB] Tagging system

Hi, thanks for your work.

I was wondering was tag system is used when affecting a tag to a message through the message window (see this pic : https://user-images.githubusercontent.com/74899182/283732471-6c3e7227-ef84-43c5-8e46-0420df0081a9.png).

As it doesn't seem to trigger the tag system used by another addon, Quickfilters.

I've posted there too as I don't know who's more concerned : https://github.com/RealRaven2000/quickFilters/issues/224
