Would it be possible to sync the [[Google Apps Directory|http://support.google.com/a/bin/answer.py?hl=en&answer=1628008]]?
It seems GC will only sync user-created groups and not the [[shared contacts which appear under the "Directory" label/group|http://www.google.com/support/enterprise/static/gapps/docs/admin/en/gads/admin/config_contacts.html]], even if I specify "Directory" in Advanced->Group Mapping in GC's preferences.
