Add toolbar button to send messages in Outbox. It is just a shortcut for the File menu. It is written in MailExtensions to support both Thunderbird 68 and Thunderbird 78.

From v2.0.1 keyboard shortcut is also available. The key is not set by default. Assign key as you like using Thunderbird's configuration.
