! Check, if certain addresses are missing from Cc: or Bcc:

!! Description
I would like to check, if a certain address is missing from the Cc: or Bcc: field and add it, if it is missing.
Motivation:
The company I work for requires me to send all emails also to a common mailbox. So that I do not forget it, I added this address to "Account Settings > Copies & Folders > Bcc these email addresses:".
Some emails should not end in the common mailbox, so that I do not forget to remove it from the Bcc: field, I add a check to CAS. Works perfectly! But ...
The problem are automatically sent emails, like replies to invitations. With the above settings, a Bcc is sent to the common address, polluting this mailbox (and sometimes invitations end up there, which should not be there). This is the bug report for this behaviour: https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=1627960
For CAS to handle this situation, I can think of two ways:
1. CAS intercepts *all* outgoing emails (that is probably not possible).
2. CAS can check outgoing emails to *not* contain an email address in a certain field. With this, I would remove the automatically added Bcc: address from the "Account Settings" and add a check to warn, if this address is missing to CAS.
Does that sound sensible?

Add the certain address to the recipient address list. CAS alerts if the address is missing from any destination.
Main concept of CAS is checker of email, not correcter. CAS shows information. Please confirm it and correct manually.
