Hallo Ogi,
first of all I want to thank you for your efforts!!! I use your Addon quite often and I appriciate it very much. Therefore I want to give you a feedback on your present Version I have downloaded directly within thunderbird and from your site at the first attempt.
When I install the Addon, everything is fine. But by any reason the toolbar disappears after a while. I'm afraid to tell you, that I cannot tell if there is a certain trigger event. But what I can tell is, there remains a small stripe above the folder pane which seems to be the "rest" of the bar.
I hope this hints help you.

Fixed in Tag Toolbar 1.0.1. Check the "Disable XUL cache mechanisms" option.
