[Extensions] gContactSync 2.0.11, Tag Sequency Arranger 0.2.0.166, Tag Toolbar 0.8.35
Tag Toolbar doesn't appear after latest upgrade of Thunderbird to version 52.0b1. Opening the Options of Tag Toolbar fails with the following error:

I just tried uninstalling and reinstalling Tag Toolbar, and the problem remains.

TagToolbar 0.9.00 fixes the issue.
