[OS] Mac OS 10.13 [Application] Thunderbird 91.9.1

Request for two improvements:

1- Show the tag tool bar in the message composing window header

2- Allow copy/paste of the tags form one message to another (or many others). This circumvents the absence of tag tool bar when multiple messages are selected.

Copy and paste of tags will be implemented in v2.1.7.

Copy and paste of tags is supported in v2.2.0. Closed. Tagging in compose window will be address by another ticket.
