Description

I was happily using CAS along with other plugins on TB 78.6 until today when I updated to TB 91.5 via Ubuntu packaging.

Using CAS now prevents me to send any email (and it does not display any textbox anymore). Basically, when I click the "Send" button, nothing happens. If I disable "Check and Send" plugin, then the "Send" button works properly.

Current CAS version is 2.1.1
