Description

Clicking on "forward To Evernote" does not seem to send the mail forward. A dialog box does pop up entitled "confirm notes information".

There is no mail in outbox and nothing in evernote.

Email in enforward options is correct and account is working

Seems to be related to adding Headers or Footers to the forwarded note.

Enabling Add header text or Add footer text breaks forwarding.
