Problem: I installed GC 0.6.40. After that I renamed the adress book and removed some of the groups. After the restart of Thunderbird, the adress book was gone. Removing and re-installing the GC addon did nothing. Even going to the 'profiles' folder and deleting the 'Google Contacts' folder (and then reinstalling Google Contacts) did not work.
