! Priority Switcher 0.16.4 + Thunderbird 31.3.0: Error with character Encoding change

When trying to change character encoding via Menu Bar - View - Character Encoding
on message view window, an error dialog appears and encoding cannot be changed:

ReferenceError: BrowserSetForcedCharacterSet is not defined
Disabling Priority Switcher and Thunderbird restart solves this problem.
Please fix this soon as I really like priority switcher but I need to manually adjust the encoding to read a message properly couple of times a month.
