Error on sending email

Description
As of last week, I get the error message pasted below every time I try to use EnForward.
It worked fine before and I don't know what prompted the change.
The EN email address is correct and works fine when I simply use forward.
"An error occurred while sending mail. The mail server responded: Request failed; Mailbox unavailable. Please verify that your email address is correct in your account settings and try again."
